Now Hiring: Remote Work From Home Virtual Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a creative, flexible, reliable, and self-motivated person to join our marketing team!  This work-from-home position mainly focuses on the marketing duties for pet industry clients, though this can range among our other clients as well! This position’s duties include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly Meetings with clients via Skype/Zoom to gather marketing needs
  • Updating project management software and following up on all tasks that are due with clients
  • Creating and scheduling blogs and emails/newsletters
  • Scheduling Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest, and other platform posts with scheduling software
  • Sharing events to Facebook and Google My Business, 
  • Monitoring social media by responding to reviews, comments, and reacting to each comment.
  • Requesting graphics from our graphic designer or creating graphics with Canva when needed
  • Analyzing and sharing marketing analytics and trends
  • Responding to urgent client needs
  • Meeting with BC team once a month via Zoom to check-in
  • Writing a marketing themed blog once a month
  • Working with our Social Ads manager on specials, events, etc.

Training will be provided. Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Canva, Mail Chimp, video editing software, and all social media platforms is a plus. This position is approximately 10 hours per week as needed.
