Now Hiring: Remote Work From Home Virtual Entry Level Marketing Associate

We seek a creative, flexible, reliable, self-motivated multi-tasker to join our marketing team!  This work-from-home position mainly focuses on entry-level marketing duties with strong project management skills for clients. Some experience in sales would be preferred as this account has the potential to grow tremendously. We want to help you establish and grow your marketing clients under the BC umbrella with tons of help from a mentor and the team. 

This position’s duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Weekly meetings with clients via Zoom to gather marketing needs
  • Updating project management software. Updating tasks, following up on all tasks, and completing tasks by the due date.
  • Creating and scheduling blogs and emails/newsletters
  • Scheduling Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest, and other platform posts with content scheduling software
  • Sharing events to Facebook and Google My Business, 
  • Monitoring social media daily by responding to reviews and comments and reacting to each comment.
  • Creating graphics with Canva when needed
  • Analyzing and sharing marketing analytics and trends
  • Responding to urgent client needs
  • Meeting with the BC team once a month via Zoom to check-in
  • Writing a marketing-themed blog once a month
  • Working with our Social Ads manager on specials, events, etc.

Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Canva, Mail Chimp, video editing software, and all social media platforms is a plus. This position is approximately 20-30 hours per week as needed.

This is a 1099 position. Training will be provided starting at $12/hour with the ability to grow as the person becomes more independent after 90-120 days—potential for additional hours/clients and profit sharing.
