This work-from-home position mainly focuses on entry-level marketing duties with strong project management skills for clients. Some experience in sales would be preferred as this account has the potential to grow tremendously. We want to help you establish and grow your marketing clients under the BC umbrella with tons of help from a mentor and the team.

Every business requires the right tools for the job. When you join our team to build your marketing business, we provide and invest in several tools to make our remote office and flexible arrangements easy:
1. School and Training
A Marketing Internship is a great place to start with us. This nonpaid training period lasts 3-6 months while you attend school. You will be given marketing tasks to complete to help our associate and partner teams. You will put the theory you learning in school into real situations.
2. Marketing & Systems Training
Junior Marketing Associate – $12 an hour on all house accounts.
- One year or less work experience in marketing.
- And less than 120 days on the team.
- Receive over $10,000 worth of training. You will put the theory you learned in school into practice.
3. Business Basics
Marketing Associate – $12 an hour on all house accounts. Plus, 50% profit shared for each new marketing projects/clients we gain together.
- Must be completely independent in all training.
- Must be able to strategize and problem-solve client needs.
- Must complete all project management tasks on time.
- Must proactively communicate on all tasks and with clients/BC.
- Must fulfill all contract details.
- Must complete monthly blogs for BC.
- Must participate in team meetings.
- Must review trends with competition and analytics to make marketing strategy changes.
- Must be able to edit all work with Grammarly Pro, etc. No errors.
- Must begin prospecting for new clients to increase pay rate. Any new clients will be 50% shared revenue paid bi-weekly, minus expenses for tools used for the first two clients.
- Beverly will assist in list development, prospecting communication development, initial meetings, and project scope.
- The marketing associate is responsible for creating a prospecting list, following up with prospects, and completing all contracted tasks.
- The expenses for tools can be determined once the scope is finalized. Averages $100-200 per customer.
- Note: Prospecting is unpaid time for both Associate and Beverly.
4. Business Builder Plus
Senior Marketing Associate – $12 per hour on all house accounts and 55% profit-sharing of each new marketing projects/clients you gain.
- Must be on the team for at least a year.
- You must be able to grow the account. A new rate will be applied to the third and each additional client. Note: The first two still stay at 50%.
- The expenses for tools can be determined once the scope is finalized. Averages $100-200 per customer.
- Handles all invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Complete client satisfaction.
5. Entrepreneur
Marketing Partner: 65%* profit-sharing of each new marketing projects/clients you gain.
- Set business goals/personal plans based on the income level they wish to achieve.
- Grow business with BC within the vertical of choice.
- Runs all client accounts as if it’s their own marketing business.
- Ensuring invoicing and payments are made.
- Ensure all shared BC expenses are approximately 25% and BC fees of 10% are paid. The more clients you have, the less the fees will be.
- Ability to work with VA on their tasks/work at partner cost.
- *Move original house clients and train/mentor new junior marketing associates under you to continue the growth of your team. Assist in finding new associates. When you move from original house clients, your share will automatically move to 65%.
Additionally, we are open to new Marketing Associates who want to start building their business right away; if you want to join our team and build your own marketing business at this level, you will need to invest in our training program and tools for 90-120 days, starting at $2,999. You will work through the training program to learn all BC tools. You will receive live help and tasks from marketing partners and team members, starting as an associate vs. an intern. You will be responsible for bringing in all new clients (same as above), as no house clients will be provided.
