We are looking for a creative, flexible, reliable, and self-motivated person to join our marketing team! This 30+ hour a week virtual work-from-home position mainly focuses on the marketing duties for our clients. Working hours are fairly flexible, which makes this position great for a stay at home parent who wants to continue building on their job skills.
This Marketing Account Representative position’s duties include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling Facebook, Instagram & Twitter posts and pinning to Pinterest boards.
- Sharing events to Facebook, Google My Business, and client websites.
- Monitoring social media by responding to reviews, comments, and reacting to each comment. Escalating any customer service issues in a timely fashion.
- Creating graphics for social media, flyers, etc. with Canva.
- Creating and editing videos with Wave.
- Writing blogs and email newsletters on a routine basis.
- Planning and facilitating meetings with clients on a monthly basis.
- Monitoring intern who helps on the account.
Must love dogs and cats as several of our clients are in the pet industry. This is an entry-level position. Training will be provided. Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Canva, Reputation.com, Teamline/Slack, video editing software, and all social media platforms is a plus.
