By joining the Magical Marketing Membership or enrolling in one of our Marketing Courses, you’re stepping into a world of branding transformation, expert guidance, and an empowering community. Whether you’re here for a course or an annual membership, you agree to the terms below to ensure a smooth and magical experience.

1. Membership & Course Access

🔹 Magical Marketing Membership: A 12-month commitment with exclusive access to workshops, resources, and a vibrant community of like-minded business owners.

🔹 Marketing Courses: One-time payment for access to selected training materials, which may include live or recorded sessions, workbooks, and bonus content.

💡 Access to both the Membership and Courses is granted only for active members or enrolled students and is not transferable.

2. Pricing & Payment

For Membership:
✨ Monthly Plan: $97/month (auto-charged each month).
✨ Annual Plan: Pay for 11 months upfront and get one month free!
✨ Founding Members Special: The first 10 members get a discounted rate of $47/month for the first year.

For Courses:
💰 Each course is a one-time payment, with pricing clearly listed on our website. The courses include a lifetime access. 

Billing Details:

• Membership fees are auto-billed on your sign-up date each month/year.
• Course fees are a one-time charge upon registration.
• By providing payment details, you authorize us to process all fees due for your Membership or Course.

3. Membership Commitment & Cancellations

Membership:
🌟 This is a 12-month commitment, meaning no early cancellations within the first year. At the end of 12 months, your Membership automatically switches to a month-to-month plan unless you renew for another year or cancel.

🌟 If you choose to cancel after 12 months, send us an email at [email protected] at least 30 days before your renewal date.

Courses:
🎓 Since our courses are digital, all sales are final—once you enroll, you have access!

4. Refunds & No Takebacks 🚫

✨ Membership & Course fees are non-refundable. Why? Because we’re giving you instant access to exclusive content, training, and resources that can’t be returned.

✨ Even if you don’t use all the benefits, your payment still secures your Membership spot and resources.

🚨 If someone violates these standards, we reserve the right to remove them from the Membership or course—no refunds.

All workshops, templates, videos, and resources are copyrighted and belong to us. You can use them for your business but can’t resell, redistribute, or share them. Let’s keep the magic exclusive! ✨

8. No Guarantees, Just Growth 🚀

Our Membership and Courses are designed to give you powerful tools, insights, and strategies—but success depends on your action. We don’t promise specific results, and we’re not responsible for business decisions made based on our content.

9. Legal Stuff (Because We Have To) 🏛️

These terms follow the laws of Beverly’s legal residence. If any issues arise, they’ll be handled in that jurisdiction.

10. Changes & Updates 📢

We may tweak these terms over time. Any major changes will be emailed to active members, and by continuing, you agree to the updated terms.
