The Magical Marketing Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview

The Magical Marketing Membership (“Membership”) is a 12-month commitment designed for service-based business owners to engage in a transformative branding journey. The Membership provides access to monthly events, workshops, resources, and community engagement opportunities as outlined on the Membership information page. By joining, you agree to a full 12-month commitment and abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership Plans and Fees

• Monthly Membership Fee: The monthly Membership fee is $97, charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Annual Membership Fee: For Members who choose an annual commitment, the fee is equivalent to 11 months, providing one month free in advance.
• Founding Member Discount: The first 10 members who join will be eligible for the discounted monthly fee of $47 for the entire first year.

3. Billing and Payment

Monthly Payment Plan:

• Monthly payments will be automatically billed to the payment method provided at checkout on the same date each month.

Annual Payment Plan:

• Annual payments are charged in full at the time of sign-up and renew each year on the Membership start date anniversary.

Billing Authorization:

• By providing payment details, you authorize Magical Marketing Membership to charge your payment method for all fees due for the entire 12-month Membership.

4. Membership Commitment and Cancellation

Commitment Period:

• The Magical Marketing Membership requires a 12-month commitment. Members are expected to complete this term, and no early cancellations are permitted within this period.

Renewal and Termination:

• At the end of the initial 12-month term, your Membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, unless you choose to renew for another annual period. If you wish to cancel after the initial 12 months, you must provide notice at least 30 days before the end of your Membership term.
• If you wish to cancel before the renewal period, written notice must be provided via email to [[email protected]].

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for Monthly Payments:

• Due to the nature of digital resources, events, and Membership benefits, all monthly payments are non-refundable. Members are responsible for the full 12-month term once enrolled, regardless of attendance or usage.

Refunds for Annual Payments:

• Annual Membership fees are also non-refundable. Members choosing the annual plan benefit from one free month in advance; therefore, all payments are considered final upon enrollment.

6. Membership Benefits and Access

• Digital Resources and Events: Members gain access to all live sessions, workshops, resource libraries, and online community platforms included in their Membership. Access will be granted for the duration of the active Membership term only.
• Mastery Levels and Badges: Members can earn badges, rewards, and exclusive content based on participation and achievements within the Membership. These are non-transferable and expire if Membership is canceled.
• In-Person or Virtual Events: Attendance to the annual Unicorn Summit or other special events is subject to additional fees, if applicable, and may require pre-registration.

7. Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines

By joining, Members agree to contribute positively to the community, respect fellow Members, and uphold The Magical Marketing Membership’s standards of kindness, professionalism, and constructive engagement. Magical Marketing Membership reserves the right to remove any Member who violates these standards, with no refund for Membership fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including workshops, templates, resources, videos, and digital assets, provided through The Magical Marketing Membership is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of The Magical Marketing Membership. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal or business use only. Redistribution, sharing, or resale of any Membership content is prohibited.

9. Liability Disclaimer

The Magical Marketing Membership is provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind. By participating, you acknowledge that the guidance and resources provided are for educational purposes only, and Magical Marketing Membership is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on Membership content.

10. Jurisdiction Clause

These terms are governed by the laws of Beverly’s legal residence, regardless of the business’s physical location. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of that state. 

11. Amendments and Updates

Magical Marketing Membership reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will receive notification of any significant changes via email, and continued participation in the Membership signifies agreement to any updates.
